My Research Paper Sources

I will use many different sources for my essay, for example I will use books, newspapers, diary's and Internet essays, to make sure that information I am writing is fully backed up and supported thought the essay. These sources will help me to create a literature review of my research paper when this is completed.

Social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter are fundamentally changing the way businesses and consumers behave, connecting hundreds of millions of people to each other via instant communication. This is a massive socio–economic shift that is fundamentally changing the way consumers and companies communicate and interact with each other.

For the newspaper source I have used an Independent Article on the ways the web has changed the world, source: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/6207343/Ways-the-web-has-changed-the-world.html and date with time: 6:22PM BST 18 Sep 2009 This article tells the user a vast amount of information on how the world wide web has evolved and changed the modern world we live in and how the web has phased out older activities such as watching the Television, or checking Ceefax pages.

I will use a website as a another source, I have found that the about.com article source: http://websearch.about.com/od/whatistheinternet/a/usewww.htm the article clearly explains how the web has changed society and the method in which communicate e.g. via email, how would we live without finding out breaking news with just navigating to a website?

How the following factors can skew my data

As the articles that I am researching could entirely be old data and information as the dated from several years ago, this is why you only uses articles only 2 year old or earlier, as the information may not apply for now and could change, especially for my essay as technologies moves on and get updated monthly or even weekly.

As for sources you are relying on someone else's research which could be incorrect or false, this means the source could be unreliable.
